Hope you all had a great Summer and ready for another amazing year at Jewell. I am extremely proud of the way the children have come back and settled into life in Year 4.

We have already been building spaghetti and marshmallow towers, writing our aspirations, getting to know each other and preparing for a year of fun and hard work.

Our topic this term is ‘Exciting Europe’. Look out for the Home Learning Project letter in your child’s book bag.

1

Challenge - How many European countries and capitals can you name?

Finally, there will be a ‘Welcome to Y4’ Parent meeting on Thursday 15th September for ALL parents. A letter will be handed out shortly with the details.

If you ever need to book an appointment with me, please head to the office and arrange a time for after school.  I am looking forward to a great year.
